Research reveals that employees rate the most important aspect in determining their job loyalty as whether management values the importance of workers’ lives outside of work. In the Sacramento market, corporate housing residents are most often from companies in the technology or medical sectors. Many international consultants and military personnel also utilize this service in the Valley area.
